The client’s requirement
Indian Plasma Research Institute is very premier organization, and it is under the command of the Indian Government. They do a lot of research activities on PLASMA, so that it can be used in various activities with low economic cost and is eco-friendly.
Our solution
We offered them a compact blower system with full automation. We designed the system keeping in mind the continuous working hours, high operating pressure of 7bar(g), and its effects, such as wear and tear, etc. This system has been running satisfactorily for the last 8 years.
Benefits
Because of our design, the system has given the customer continuous circulation of Nitrogen Gas to their research units, thus reducing downtime and reducing their research cost. Due to our precise customised design for the system, the customer has saved around 10 % on power consumption.
